CIK ( Cytokine- induced Killer) cells expansion by stimulation?with Anti-CD3 mAb GMP grade and cytokine.





PBMCs were stimulated with Anti-CD3 mAb GMP grade, IFN-γ, IL-1α and IL-2 for 5 days. After stimulation, activated lymphocyte were diluted with medium and cultivated for 9 days. Figure shows expansion fold on day 5,7,9,12 and 14.
